Starting on Friday, November 4th 2021 Main Street Beatrice and the Beatrice and Gage County area will be hosts to the annual Nebraska Governor’s Pheasant Hunt event. This year’s event is bringing in 15 teams to participate in the event that also serves as a fundraiser for community development work. The teams pay to compete in the annual competition and social event.
It is a two-day event that concludes on Saturday afternoon. The event showcases the Beatrice area with two sporting clay events at the Beatrice Gun Club, three meals, and morning guided hunt with trained dogs and ample private land to hunt in Gage, Jonson, Pawnee, and Jefferson Counties.
We wish to welcome in all the Hunters and event Volunteers who are participating, many from out of state!
